breathtaking decor, easy check-in process, great safety for solo travelers

The bathroom in the room could definitely use an update!!! The lighting issues were quite bothersome, and I felt uneasy with the communication process regarding ID documents. This hotel needs to streamline their check-in experience!!!

This spot is unbeatable! Just steps from the main square, you have fantastic views of the magnificent Il Duomo from your room. The accommodation is roomy enough for our family of four, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The convenient access to everything makes this a top choice for anyone visiting!

the check-in process was an utter disaster, requiring codes that only arrived when I was almost at the door. not to mention the room smelled like mold—absolutely delightful! I can't believe they didn’t offer me a room upgrade after the mess. almost gave a good review, but nothing comes for free apparently.

Wow! Absolutely stunning view of the cathedral and great value for the location, especially with parking included. My family loved relaxing by the rooftop terrace and enjoyed time at the cozy lounge area. The only downside was a slight musty smell in the bathroom, but it didn't bother us too much. Make sure to enjoy the view while you can! 😍

The location was superb, allowing easy access to major attractions. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of four. We appreciated the arrangement with the garage for parking, making our stay more convenient. The city view from our room added an extra charm to our experience.

There were some cleanliness issues that detracted from our overall comfort.

The stay at Duomo Palace was enjoyable, characterized by an exceptional view of the Duomo which was visible from my room. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and efficient, allowing for a seamless experience. The outstanding service is worth highlighting. I left behind personal belongings upon checkout, but the staff promptly contacted me and arranged for their safe return to my next destination.

There was some noise from outside that could be heard during the stay.
